As the new Executive Chef for Urban Tavern, Mike Raub has an extensive background in culinary arts, most recently working for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, St. Regis Hotel and neighboring Nikko Hotel. An avid cyclist, Raub joined fellow chefs from around the world to bike 300 miles in three days in support of No Kids Go Hungry in California Schools.
In addition to the new Urban Tavern, Hilton San Francisco Union Square recently opened the Cityscape San Francisco Lounge, located on the hotel’s 46th floor. Now open to the public, the viewing lounge will welcome guests from 5:00 p.m. to midnight every day of the week.
