Van Nuys CA- Van Nuys Police detectives arrested the 29 year old History teacher for having sex with a 15 year old girl. He teaches at the Van Nuys Montclair College Preparatory School.
According to the police detectives, Kabir went to her home when she was there alone, looking for sexual activity. This was one day of the two month relationship that Kabir had with the girl.
There’s still an ongoing investigation because it might have not been Kabir’s first offense. His teaching certificate was suspended earlier in 2007 for child annoyance. The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing suspended the teacher for moral misconduct.
Detectives are asking for the public’s help to identify any additional victims or witnesses regarding this or similarly inappropriate relationships Kabir may have conducted.
