Cheval Knightsbridge is currently undergoing a major refurbishment of its 11-17 Cheval Place property. This includes eight two-bedroom apartments, plus the building of two brand new two-bedroom penthouse suites. The project is due to be finished in April 2012, just in time for the London 2012 Olympics. The apartments on Cheval Place were opened in 1982, and became the origin of the company name. Cheval Phoenix House’s restaurant, Le Cercle, is operated by Pascal Aussignac and Vincent Labeyrie of Club Gascon. The property is currently undergoing an extensive phased refurbishment, with the project being finalised in 2012.

The interior design is by Forme Design and will incorporate four different colour schemes. For longer visits, Cheval Hyde Park Gate offers a minimum of 90-day stays, while Cheval Gloucester Park is available for stays of 28 days or more, and Cheval Thorney Court offers a minimum of three weeks. Built in 1864, Cheval Hyde Park Gate offers the British Capital’s most prestigious serviced accommodation. The property consists of three imposing Victorian houses overlooking Kensington Gardens, minutes from The Royal Albert Hall. During its original restoration, which was overseen by English Heritage, meticulous attention was paid to every detail of this fine building, from the reproductions of original floor tiles and intricate plaster mouldings, to the selection of period furnishings.

A further multi-million pound refurbishment was completed in 2010, creating elegant, classic and traditionally English interiors. Featuring the latest state-of-the-art lifestyle technology, every apartment is also installed with panic alarms and CCTV. Cheval Gloucester Park is a collection of contemporary-style one, two and three bedroom apartments, located in the heart of the prestigious borough of South Kensington.
