Oasis Pool Fireworks Viewing Parties

9 p.m. | June 27, July 4, 18

Fontainebleau Las Vegas will be one of the holiday’s premier fireworks launch destinations for the America250 Fireworks Celebration, designed and produced by Fireworks by Grucci in partnership with Visit Las Vegas and Las Vegas Events. The eight-minute fireworks show will launch at 9 p.m. from the resort’s rooftop on Saturday, June 27, Saturday, July 4, and Saturday, July 18. Guests and locals are invited to watch the fireworks each night from Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ elevated outdoor Oasis Pool Deck while enjoying small bites and drinks by the poolside. The viewing parties will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission for non-hotel guests is $25 and can be purchased here.

Fontainebleau’s Neon Moon with Midland

LIV Beach | 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. | July 4

Country music threesome Midland will perform their biggest hits, including “Drinkin’ Problem” and “Burn Out,” at LIV Beach on Saturday, July 4. The party starts at 8 p.m. and will include the evening’s fireworks launch from the hotel’s rooftop. Also on the menu, Chef Ali Clem’s MICHELIN-starred la Barbecue is returning to the resort and will be serving up fan favorite dishes by the LIV Beach pool, including: 

  • Pitmaster’s Cut | 1 lb. Beef Rib

A singular cut smoked low and slow served with house sweet sauce.

  • Brisket Sandwich

    House-smoked brisket sliced thick and layered on a brioche bun with hand-cut pickles, white onion, and sweet sauce.

  • Brisket Burger

Ground brisket patty seasoned with house rub, topped with American cheese, pickles, and burger sauce on a toasted buttered bun.

Guests can book a room and ticket package for Fontainebleau’s Neon Moon with Midland. The exclusive package includes tickets to the Midland concert at LIV Beach and a room at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Rosé, White, & Bleau Brunch at La Côte

July 4 | 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.| Tickets priced at $155 for adults; $69 for kids

La Côte, the resort’s poolside French-Mediterranean restaurant, will host its first ever Rosé, White, & Bleau Brunch on Saturday, July 4. The menu includes a cold buffet with salads, avocado toast, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruit, juices, and smoothies; alongside a hot buffet featuring sliders, shrimp, chicken Milanese, French toast custard, egg bites, breakfast meats, eggs, hash browns, and bacon. Additional offerings include a grazing table with charcuterie, mezze, and assorted breads, plus outdoor grill stations featuring made-to-order burgers, a carved sausage station, and a kebab station. Guests can also enjoy barbecue-style sides, a pastry buffet, an ice cream sundae cart, and roaming caviar service, plus a complimentary trucker hat customization bar. Beverages featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey will also be available for purchase.

Tickets start at $155 for adults and $69 for kids, with bottomless wine packages starting at $55 per person with a 90-minute time limit. Tickets can be purchased here.

Nevada residents and Fontainebleau Rewards members receive complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver’s License or their Rewards cards, valid through Labor Day, Monday, September 7.

Additionally, guests dining at Fontainebleau Las Vegas restaurants and bars, shopping within the resort’s retail spaces, visiting Hall of Excellence, or enjoying treatments at Lapis Spa & Wellness can also validate their valet parking during their visit.

Finally, guests with electric vehicles, can utilize the resort’s superchargers located on P1 of the self-parking garage that can add approximately 100 miles of range in 15 to 20 minutes. *Please note that there is a fee for the superchargers
