Bio: Liz is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Athletic Coach with over 3 years of hands-on coaching experience working with athletes across multiple sports and skill levels.
She has coached:
 • Club athletes
 • Beach volleyball players
 • Private one-on-one training sessions
Liz specializes in developing athleticism through strength training, movement quality, and performance-based programming—helping athletes build confidence in both training and competition.
In addition to performance training, Liz is certified to provide nutrition advice to athletes and offers structured nutrition programming through her “Eat to Compete” programs—designed to help athletes fuel properly for training, performance, and recovery.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), blending real-world coaching experience with a strong academic foundation in human movement and performance.
