Leaders from Largest Neighborhood in New 18th State Senate District Endorse Hertzberg

VAN NUYS, CA — Continuing to rack up important endorsements, Bob Hertzberg secured support from several leaders from the largest neighborhood in the new 18th State Senate district, including Van Nuys Neighborhood Council* President George Christopher Thomas, Van Nuys Honorary Mayor* James “Jamie” Cordaro, former Van Nuys Neighborhood Council* President Don Schultz, and former Secretary for Van Nuys Homeowners Association* Prudy Schultz.

With an estimated population of over 130,000 residents, Van Nuys includes roughly nine square miles of geography in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, and encompasses more than 10% of the new 18th State Senate district.

“Bob Hertzberg is one of the most outspoken and passionate advocates when it comes to the San Fernando Valley,” said George Christopher Thomas. “Not only has he delivered real tangible results ranging from the Orange Line, to school construction bonds, to freeway sound walls and more, but as a private citizen, Bob has promoted the interests of the Valley like no one else.
