Beach House Restaurant

KAUAI, HAWAII — The philosophy at the Beach House is simple – take some good old-fashioned Hawaiian hospitality, blend it with a Pacific Rim food experience and add an outstanding view to deliver an experience that delights all the senses.

Owners Roy Dunn and Mike Hooks work closely with Executive Chef Marshall Blanchard and General Manager Nicole Freeland to ensure that their vision for The Beach House is reflected in every aspect of the restaurant. The talented kitchen team strives to make the most of local ingredients.
Their fish is sourced directly from Island fisherman, and the beef and coffee come from neighboring ranches. The Beach House incorporates local fruits and vegetables whenever possible, and delight in being able to find new and innovative ways to use the resources that surround Hawaii from artisan bakers to folk artists.

The Beach House Restaurant on Kauai is well-known to both residents and visitors for its spectacular oceanfront setting along the island’s sunny south shore. Since January of 2000, The Beach House has been under ownership of longtime Hawaii restauranteurs Roy Dunn and Mike Hooks.

At The Beach House, this team has nurtured a winning formula that melds gracious Hawaiian service and innovative Pacific Rim Cuisine in its unbeatable location.
