The name Bolgeskrekk is a Norsk word meaning “Wave Terror.’ A stiff and comfortable yacht with many amenities, it comfortably accommodates up to six people. Her spacious cockpit and teak interior are perfect for sailing, touring about, lounging and relaxing. Bolgeskrekk is a 34 foot sloop-rigged Irwin Citation. These yachts are built by Irwin Boatworks in Florida.
On blustery days she often does better than 7 knots on the bay, outperforming most other sailboats of her size on the water! She takes the waves and weather very well, and is a very easily sailed vessel, and a great sailboat to learn to sail on.
The vessel is equipped with a well laid out kitchen (galley) and a bathroom (head). The cabin accommodations are very comfortable and roomy. She is both a sturdy and safe vessel, U.S.C.G. equipped and designed to handle the rigors of ocean sailing. This boat is in pristine condition and is pampered by captain and crew. Stereo system aboard includes Ipod connections, so bring your favorite music to enjoy on deck or in the cabin.
