Historic Listed Building with Contemporary Interiors Transformed into Luxury Accommodation
B+B Collection Ltd has announced the opening of B+B York – the latest addition to their award-winning portfolio of boutique Bed and Breakfast hotels. Situated on St Peters Grove, just 10 minutes’ walk from the City Walls, B+B York is the fifth in the B+B Collection and the next step in the company’s development to open properties in key strategic locations across the UK. Other properties to date include B+B Belgravia; B+B Weymouth; B+B Wickham and B+B Edinburgh and further sites are being sought.
The B+Bs in the collection are all historic listed buildings with contemporary interiors. Conceived and created as affordable alternatives to 4* hotels, the B+B collection embraces good design, a contemporary style, with high levels of service. The brand’s Edinburgh property was recently honoured to win an Expedia Insiders’ award, and ranked 6th globally for service and B+B Belgravia also recently received the accolade of best London B&B for two years running by Visit London.

B+B York has 19 rooms, Reception, a fully licenced Bar and Breakfast Room all located in the main listed building. The remaining 7 bedrooms are found in York House and The Cottage, which are located on the grounds. Steeped in history, the cottage was formerly used as stables, which served as barrack for soldiers during World Wars 1 and 2.
