Los Angeles: The family and friends of Ian Williams, along with the Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Division detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

On July 6, 2026, around 6:20 p.m., Ian Williams was last seen at Dockweiler State Beach near Tower 42, near the 6900 block of Pacific Avenue in Los Angeles. Ian suffers from severe autism and has not been seen or heard from since. His family is concerned for his safety. The California Highway Patrol activated the Ebony Alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Ian Williams is described as a 13-year-old Black male with long black dreadlocks and brown eyes. He stands approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 105 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black long-sleeve shirt, a navy-blue vest, and blue jeans. Ian may be riding a gray battery-operated scooter and wearing a gray helmet.
