WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, during his long speech, U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-NJ) delivered floor remarks detailing the state of the housing affordability crisis in the United States and the Trump administration’s complete failure to address rising rent and home prices facing everyday Americans in communities across the country.
Booker took to the Senate floor beginning at 7pm ET two nights ago with the intention of speaking as long as he is physically able to uplift the stories of Americans who are being harmed by the Trump Administration’s reckless actions, attempts to undermine our institutions, and disregard for the rule of law.
