This delicate, melt-in-the-mouth macaron, flavoured with green tea and candied pink grapefruit cream, delights the palate while purifying mind and body. Savour it as part of a delicious afternoon tea at the Le Dalí restaurant.  And if the temptation is too great and you want to make and enjoy detox macarons at home, take away the macaron-shaped USB stick which contains Camille Lesecq’s original secret recipe.  Your very own piece of macaron heaven!  Properties of the detox macaron:

CITRUS FRUIT: contain vitamin C and polyphenols which protect against free radicals (especially concentrated in the zest)

GREEN TEA: contains flavonoids, in particular catechin; beneficial properties for the health. Also contains theobromine, a molecule known to gently stimulate the kidneys and as a diuretic. Theine is a stimulant.
