Design buzz and café society style in London’s most glamorous urban village

LONDON, U.K. — The vibrant feel of Marylebone, one of London’s trendiest neighborhoods, is mirrored in the hotel that shares its name. A neighborhood gem, the Marylebone appeals to both locals and tourists with its chic 108 Brasserie, courtyard yoga, office space and access to the Third Space gym, pool and spa. With its striking artwork that lends a distinctive edge to the décor and expansive terrace suites whose heated, furnished outdoor space rival any in London for their wow factor, this is hotel living with a young-yet-polished vibe.

With décor inspired by the great David Hicks, The Marylebone epitomizes the vibrant charm of Marylebone Village. Within easy reach of the department stores of Oxford Street and boutiques of Mayfair as well as independent restaurants and markets of Marylebone High Street, The Marylebone hotel harnesses the infectious energy and style of W1 at every turn – and it’s within a short walk to the elegant green spaces of Regents Park and Hyde Park.

The hotel’s Studio and Luxury Suites are light and airy spaces with bold and colorful accents. The three London Suites have their own terrace with retractable roofs that offer city skyline views. In-room amenities include complimentary WiFi, air-conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, flat-screen LCD TV, beds with duck down duvet and crisp cotton lines, bathrobe and slippers, a work space, marble bathroom with heated floor and Aromatherapy Associates bathroom amenities. The Terrace suites each also have a private all-weather terrace with TV and fireplace, open-plan lounge and dining area.

The Cocktail Bar, The Marylebone’s newest hideaway is a haven of warmth, elegance and allure accessed via the main entrance and nestled on the corner of Welbeck and Bulstrode Street. Its four rooms take design inspiration from each of the seasons, taking advantage of the natural light. The winter lounge is the coziest of the spaces, enhanced by rich mohair and designed around a beautiful fireplace. The 108 Brasserie continental eatery is set on the cobbles of Marylebone Lane and is marked out by its striking awnings and brick red frontage. The menu is classic but refined, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also available is 108 Pantry, approached from the winding passageways of the hotel’s buzzy lobby or via its own entrance off Bulstrode Street. The café society vibe provides a warm, cocooned feel. Breakfast and afternoon tea are the main attractions here, but the Pantry also provides light, modern dishes throughout the day, from freshly made cakes and pastries to fresh salads and sandwiches, plus healthy juices from ‘expert goodness’ brand, The Juicery.

Hotel guests enjoy complimentary access to Third Space, one of London’s premium members-only health clubs. Located on site, Third Space features the latest equipment, expert fitness professionals and trainers, a range of complimentary fitness classes for all levels and interests and a menu of health and beauty treatments. The Marylebone also has an on-site 60-foot swimming pool at Third Space gym and spa.
