Please join LAPD Devonshire Division to celebrate their 32nd SOLID All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast fundraiser and open house. During the event, LAPD Devonshire and Councilmember John Lee will honor Good Samaritan Fermin Hernandez Jr. who rescued two individuals who were trapped inside a vehicle prior to the vehicle engulfing in flames.
