LOS ANGELES, CA — In response to the commercial fire at the Lineage Facility in Boyle Heights, we are closely monitoring the fire and remain in continuous communication with our government partners and first responders at the city and state levels. We will continue working with our partners to identify and provide any state resources needed to support impacted residents and the surrounding community.
A shelter-in-place order is currently in effect. Residents should immediately bring all people and pets indoors, close all windows and doors, and turn off air conditioning and heating systems.
We are grateful to the first responders working to protect our community and encourage everyone to stay informed, follow all instructions from official emergency personnel, and avoid the affected area.
Residents are encouraged to sign up to receive the City of Los Angeles’ emergency alerts here.
