Located on the 3rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas, MOzen Bistro enjoys a relaxed ambience where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented by beautiful décor and impeccable service.

Featuring classic, early morning favourites and specialty Asian dishes, the enticing breakfast menu caters for all kinds of tastes and diets. Just a few hours later, the lunchtime offerings include an exquisite sushi bar, zesty Indian delicacies and savoury Thai dishes. Their Sunday Brunch features flavorful sushi, salads, cheeses and desserts, along with tray passed hors d’oeuvres and a choice of entrées.

In the evenings, MOzen Bistro offers guests an à la carte menu to sample their unique dining experience. Created specifically by their world famous Chefs, MOzen Bistro offers exciting dishes of many different origins, such as Thai Green Shrimp Curry. Nigiri and Murgh Makhani. Guests will enjoy the opportunity to sample some of our superb and varied cuisine created exclusively for their “Journey through Asia”.

MOzen Bistro’s private dining room can accommodate up to 48 guests and is perfect for small parties and functions. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping vistas of City Center and a retracting wall allows for private or semi-private dining.

Every Sunday, enjoy brunch featuring fresh sushi, an elaborate seafood station serving Crab claws and Kumomoto oysters, live carving options, traditional Dim Sum and delectable desserts. In addition, you can try entree favorites including the Hong Kong Style Steamed Grouper, Belgium Waffle with caramel pecan cream and the Soufflé Omelet. As well as the exquisite cuisine, free flowing champagne and mimosas also are available. Brunch is served from 12 – 2:30pm every Sunday.

MENU HIGHLIGHTS
Salt And Pepper Calamari — Lightly battered calamari, tossed with garlic, scallions and five-spice salt
Butter Chicken — Tandoori roasted marinated chicken, in creamy Indian curry, steamed basmati rice and lentils
XO Fried Rice — Fragrant jasmine rice wok fried with seafood, vegetables and silver sprouts in spicy XO sauce
