Police Council To Honor Van Nuys Employees

VAN NUYS, CA — Please join us for the next Mid-Valley Community Police Council (MVCPC) meeting November 6, 2012, at 6:30 PM at Valley Presbyterian Hospital 15107 Vanowen Street. We will honoring the Van Nuys Area employees of the quarter.  For over thirty years the Mid-Valley Community Police Council has been the biggest financial supporter of the LAPD Van Nuys Division. Mid-Valley Community Police Council meets the first Tuesday of every month at the Valley Presbyterian Hosptial located at 15107 Van Owen St., Van Nuys. For your convenience, our meeting schedule for 2012 will alternate between morning and evening meetings. Please check the News & Events section of our website for updates.

We discuss a variety of issues, including current and future projects, upcoming events, and committee reports. At each meeting, we have a specialized guest speaker from a variety of local, state and federal law enforcement related entities who provide us with cutting-edge information.  In addition, the Commanding Officer of the Van Nuys Community Police Station updates us on current issues relating to the Van Nuys and San Fernando Valley communities.
